Tropical Fruit Sheet Cake
Sweet, tropical flavors in an easy-to-make cake.
Ingredients:
1 pkt. Pina Colada Dip Mix
1 box pineapple cake mix
15 oz. can cream of coconut (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare Pina Colada Dip Mix as directed on package for Cream Cheese Fruit Dip, using fat-free ingredients
if desired; refrigerate until needed.
2. Prepare pineapple cake mix according to directions on box in a 13"x9"x2" pan.
3. (This step is optional.) Poke holes into hot cake using a fork. Drizzle
coconut cream evenly over cake. Allow to cake cool completely.
4. Use Pina Colada Dip Mix as a frosting, completely covering
cake. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
