Low Fat Tropical Angel Food Cake
Pineapple, coconut, and tropical
flavors in and on a light and fluffy cake.

Ingredients:
1 pkt. Pina Colada Dip Mix
1 box angel food cake mix
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice

Directions:
1.
Prepare Pina Colada Dip Mix as directed on package for Sour Cream/Yogurt Fruit Dip, using fat-free ingredients; refrigerate until needed.
2. Prepare angel food cake mix according to directions on box, except substituting pineapple in place of egg. Allow to cool completely.
3. Use Pina Colada Dip Mix as a frosting, completely covering cake. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
