Roasted Balsamic Carrots
Simple to make with 3 ingredients!
Serve hot or at room temperature.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Tuscan Bread Dipping Oil Seasoning Mix, prepared as directed on package
2 Tbls. balsamic vinegar
1 lb. bag baby carrots

Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir together Tuscan Dipping Oil and vinegar.
2. Add carrots to bowl and toss to coat.
3. Spread coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
4. Roast, uncovered, in a preheated 425 degree oven, shaking pans occasionally, until cooked through, 25 - 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot or at room temperature.
