Roast Beef Roll-Ups:
Roast beef, Swiss cheese, and horseradish
rolled up in a little bite of heaven.
Ingredients:
1 pkt. Onion Horseradish Dip Mix, prepared as directed
(6 - 8) 12"" flour tortillas
1/2 pound thin-sliced deli roast beef
1/2 pound thin-sliced Swiss cheese
Directions:
1. With a butter knife or spatula, spread Onion Horseradish Dip over a tortilla to about 1/8"" thick.
2. Arrange roast beef and Swiss cheese slices in a single layer over the tortilla.
3. Roll up tortilla tightly and set aside.
4. Repeat with remaining ingredients until you run out of meat and cheese.
5. Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into 1"" sections. Wipe the knife blade with a damp kitchen towel or paper towel every few slices.
6. Arrange rolls close together on a platter, stacking in a pyramid shape if necessary.
7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: Tortillas are more pliable when brought to room temperature first.
