Ranch B.L.T. Dip with Beer Toast Triangles
The classic sandwich turned into a party favorite.

Ingredients:
1 pkt. Buttermilk Ranch Dip Mix, prepared as directed on packet
1 pound bacon, fried and drained of grease on paper towels
1 med. tomato, seeded and diced
shredded lettuce, as needed
1 pkg. Beer Bread Mix, prepared as directed on package

Directions:

In a medium bowl, fold together Buttermilk Ranch Dip, bacon, and tomatoes. Sprinkle lettuce evenly over top of dip. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
2. Thinly slice prepared and cooled Beer Bread. Toast bread slices. Cut each piece of toast into triangular quarters.
3. Serve dip with toast points for dipping.
