Garlic Herb Focaccia:
Savory Italian flat bread to serve along side pasta or soup.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Sicilian Bread Dipping Oil Seasoning Mix, prepared as directed on package
1 pkg. Beer Bread Mix (Original or Rustic Wheat & Herb) dough, prepared as directed, omitting butter



Directions:
1.
Use a small amount of Bread Dipping Oil to lightly oil a 9"" X 13"" pan.
2. With wet hands, press the Beer Bread dough evenly into the greased pan.
3. Brush remaining Bread Dipping Oil over dough.
4. With the tips of your fingers, make impressions about half-way through the dough, about 1 per square inch (this is to ensure bread doesn't rise too much).
5. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice into strips.
