Crab Rangoons
Crisp wontons filled with creamy crab, onions, peppers, and cheese.

Ingredients:
1 pkt. New England Crab Dip & Spread Mix, prepared as directed for cold spread
12 oz. package won-ton wrappers
1 egg - beaten

Directions:
1.
Place a scant Tablespoonful of New England Crab Spread onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
2. Brush egg on the edges of the wrappers, fold over in a triangle shape, and seal edges.
3. Place filled rangoons in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
4. Freeze rangoons completely (takes approx. 1 hour).
5. Deep-fry rangoons in 375 degree oil, turning once, until golden brown.
6. Drain on cooling racks.
