Blue cheese, buttermilk, herbs and spices come together to make an easy savory dip or steak house style salad dressing.
Blue Cheese Dip: With an electric mixer, cream together 8 oz. Sour Cream, 8 oz. Cream Cheese, and 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dip & Dressing Mix until smooth. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Steak House-Style Blue Cheese Dressing: Stir together 8 oz, sour cream, 8 oz. mayonnaise, 2 Tbls. red or white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Mix. Fold in 4 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
