Creamy Dip: Mix with 1 cup real
mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt.
Low-Fat Dip: Mix with 2 cups reduced-fat sour cream or plain yogurt.
Cheeseball/Spread: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 2 Tbls. milk or buttermilk. If desired, roll into a ball and chill until firm.
Warm Dip/Fondue: Prepare as directed for Cheeseball/Spread (above). Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave an additional 30-60 seconds, until hot.
Garlic Pepper Parmesan Salad Dressing: Mix with 1 cup real
mayonnaise and 1/2 cup buttermilk.

8 oz. box rotini (spiral) pasta
1 cup frozen green peas
1 pkt. Garlic Pepper Parmesan Dip Mix, prepared as directed on package for dip
4 oz. can sliced black (ripe) olives, drained
~ Boil pasta as directed on box.
~ Drain pasta in a colander; add frozen peas to colander; rinse with cold water until pasta has cooled and peas have defrosted; drain thoroughly; transfer to a large bowl.
~ Stir prepared Garlic Pepper Parmesan Dip and olives into pasta and peas.
~ Chill until ready to serve.

Potatoes
Quick and easy side dish boasts an Italian flair. Compliments roast pork loin
and Italian sausage.
6 small or 3 large potatoes - scrubbed clean,
cut in 1"-2" cubes
2 Tbls. olive oil or vegetable oil
1 pkt. Garlic Pepper
Parmesan Dip Mix, unprepared
~ Place cubed potatoes in a zip-top
plastic bag.
~ Drizzle oil over potatoes, seal bag, and shake to coat.
~ Open
bag, sprinkle in Garlic Pepper Parmesan Dip Mix, seal bag, shake to coat.
~ Spread
coated potatoes evenly onto a cookie sheet.
~ Bake in a 400 degree oven for
20-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
