Complete mix makes the most delicious light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes! Just add water!
MINIMUM ORDER 8 POUNDS.
Bulk mix sold by the pound. Order quantity of 1 has a net weight of 16 oz. Orders over 1 will be combined into one bag.
1 recipe requires 9.8 oz. of mix and yields approx. (14 - 16) 4" pancakes OR (12) 4" waffles.
Contains wheat, dairy, soy, egg. May contain tree nuts and/or peanuts.
(Pancake directions are on the package. For Waffles: Stir together 1 1/2 cups water, 2 Tbls. vegetable oil, and contents of package; do not over mix, batter will be lumpy. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a lightly greased and preheated waffle iron. Cook until steaming stops, about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.)
