Fluffy buttermilk pancakes spiced with cinnamon and packed with dried apple dices. Just add water!

(Pancake directions are on the package. For Waffles: Stir together 1 1/2 cups water, 2 Tbls. vegetable oil, and contents of package; do not over mix, batter will be lumpy.
